What is ShoWare™?

ShoWare™ by VisionOne is a complete box office solution that minimizes the expenses and risks associated with ticketing system implementation by significantly reducing up-front capital expenses and implementation barriers. You can easily create and modify box offices, remote sales locations, promoters, venues, events, performances, seat maps, ticket prices, patron data, and all other business functions associated with ticket sales.

How does ShoWare™ work?

First, VisionOne builds a custom-branded ticket purchasing site that seamlessly integrates into your existing website and uploads your seat maps for dynamic seat selection. Then, we setup your SSL and Payment Gateway for secure online and offline ticket sales. The result is simultaneous event sales from your box office, website, call center, and remote sales locations. Patrons can select their individual seats online, as well as from ticketing terminals or select from Best Available seats based on criteria you select for each performance. No matter what sales channel is utilized, all tickets are sold from the same database of available tickets.

What are the costs associated with ShoWare™?

Costs will depend on amount of customization, estimated tickets sold utilizing the system, and whether fulfillment services or call center is required. What are ShoWare™'s Reporting Capabilities?

ShoWare™ generates in-depth, real-time reports on-the-fly, allowing your organization to evaluate every aspect of ticketing operations. Available reports include Performance, Ticket Buyer, Activity, Accounting, and Customized Reports. Reports can also be downloaded for use with other software applications, such as Microsoft Excel, Access, and Word to name just a few.

What are the system requirements for ShoWare™?

All that is needed is a computer with an Internet connection and a browser (Microsoft Internet Explorer 5 or later for Administration). Existing phone lines are utilized for backup, and if you wish, a Virtual Private Network (VPN) can also be installed. Of course, if you wish to print tickets, you will also need a ticket printer, which is connected to your computer or network like any printer. Ticket printers can also be included with ShoWare™ as needed.
