- What is ShoWare™?
ShoWare™ is a complete ticketing solution that offers fully integrated web sales, as well as box office and outlet sales.
- Why is ShoWare™ different?
ShoWare™ is a private label Ticketing Solution that gives the Venue/Operator full control of Ticketing. ShoWare™ allows you to set your own fees, deposit the credit card sales directly into your bank account and can be integrated into your existing Website.
- How much does ShoWare™ cost?
ShoWare™ users are charged a per ticket fee for the use of the application. This fee is different for each customer and is determined by the volume of tickets and types of ticketing services used by the facility. ShoWare™ believes contracts should be customized to fit the individual needs of each facility. Since ShoWare’s fee is so small compared to other ticketing companies most of the clients use the ticketing fee as a revenue source so the question should be: “How much can ShoWare™ increase my revenue?”
- What hardware/software is required?
Since ShoWare™ is an internet-based application, all you need to sell tickets is a PC with Internet Explorer and a ticket printer. Access Management hardware is optional for higher volume facilities.
- Is ShoWare™ safe and secure for both our company and our patrons?
ShoWare™ adheres to PCI (payment card industry) compliance standards for data security and is certified as a compliant Service Provider. Industry-standard methods are in place to protect your information from unauthorized access.
- Where can I sell tickets with ShoWare™?
ShoWare™ offers a fully integrated Box Office interface allowing you to sell tickets from your box office, online 24 hours a day, at selected off-site locations, through kiosks, or over the phone through the call center. All of these ticket selling platforms can be managed from anywhere that you have a PC with Internet Explorer.
- What types of payments can I accept with ShoWare™?
You can accept all major credit cards, cash, checks and gift certificates.
- How do I retrieve my patron data?
ShoWare™ allows you to download YOUR Patron data anytime via the manager console. The data is available in CSV Format that can be read and processed by many programs (Excel, Access, Word, etc.)
- What types of reporting are available?
ShoWare™ contains a full suite of pre-formatted, real-time reports that allow your organization to evaluate every aspect of your ticketing operation. All reports are grouped for easy access. Available reports include performance, ticket buyer, activity, reconciliation. Custom reports are available upon request.
- How long does it take to build an event and put it on sale?
Once trained, most ShoWare™ users can create an event and place it onsale within a matter of minutes.
- What do I do if I find a mistake in an event that is already on sale?
Most errors are easily correctable. Since ShoWare™ is a real-time system, any changes you make are instantly updated in your system and on the web.
- Can patrons select their own seats?
Yes. Using our integrated seat mapping tools, your patrons may select exactly where they wish to sit. You can also provide them a stage view from their section.
- We only have a small event to sell tickets for, can we still use ShoWare™?
For smaller venues that might not need the complete ShoWare™ solution, MyTicketPortal provides a location to sell your tickets via the web with many of the same benefits of the ShoWare™ system.
- We are outside of the United States, can we still use ShoWare™?
ShoWare™ has offices around the world including USA, Mexico, Chile, Argentina, Brazil, and Switzerland that specialize in providing ticketing solutions to meet any and all ticketing needs. - What type of physical security does ShoWare™ employ to ensure the integrity of their data center?
ShoWare™ is hosted in a secure Business Class Hosting Facility which provides access control, redundant power and bandwidth as security to protect your ticketing system.

Four Queens, Inc. owns the Four Queens Hotel and Casino, which has been in operation since 1966. The Four Queens has consistently concentrated on delivering high quality, traditional Las Vegas-style gaming and entertainment. The Four Queens is located in the heart of Fremont Street in downtown Las Vegas. The property offers 690 hotel rooms, 32,000 square feet of casino space and year-around entertainment in the Canyon Club and on Fremont Street.
