Choosing a Ticketing System

Choosing a ticketing software requires building a list of priorities that includes your specific needs. Things like:

  1. 24/7 access to ticket sales data and reporting
  2. Ease of training your staff
  3. Ease of show setup
  4. Stream-lined event/performance posting

It is also important to consider your ticket-buyer priorities:

  1. Low fees
  2. The ability to select their own seat online
  3. Online membership setup, which speeds the order process
  4. Building a history allowing you to market to their particular interests

Next is to address the realities of your operation. This would include details such as:

  1. The safety of your ticketing proceeds (money deposited directly to your account each day vs. a middleman holding your ticket funds)
  2. Ability to provide multiple levels of access or limited access by employees to protect your operation and your information
  3. Building a membership database & selling memberships
  4. Offering the ability to accept donations online
  5. The ability to update / modify your event details online immediately

We want to be your ticketing provider, but more importantly, we want to assist you in finding the best provider.
